Delete your Tasks4Us account (Rakaty Labs)

You can request deletion of your account and associated data in the app or by email. Once completed, deletion cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open your profile and select Delete account in Settings.
3. Read the warning and review the groups that will be deleted. To keep a group, select Transfer to return to your groups and arrange an ownership transfer with another member before deleting your account. Selecting Transfer does not transfer ownership by itself.
4. To proceed, type the exact email address linked to your account and select Delete account.

The app checks associated Paddle and Google Play subscriptions and requests that future payments stop before completing deletion. If the provider does not confirm this, your account is not deleted; you can try again or contact us. Administrators cannot delete their own accounts with this button.

By email

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your Google or Microsoft account. We will verify your identity and reply within 30 days. The link above pre-fills the request subject and message.

What happens to your data

• Your access is removed: sessions and sign-in provider links. Your profile name, email, avatar and preferences are deleted or anonymized. Signing in again creates a new account without access to your former groups.
• Tasks and attachments you created are deleted. Pending invitations you sent are revoked.
• Every group you still own, including archived groups, is deleted with its tasks, shared expenses and other contents. All members lose access. Ownership is never transferred automatically: transfer it to another member and have them accept before deleting your account if you want the group to remain.
• Shared expenses, debts and balances in other people's expense groups remain under Deleted account until the group is closed and deleted. Members must contact you outside Tasks4Us to resolve any outstanding payment. Tasks4Us only organizes the amounts and is not responsible for making those payments.
• Necessary license and payment records are retained for applicable tax and commercial-law periods. Sessions are invalidated when the account is deleted; any session not removed would expire within 30 days.

You do not need to cancel a subscription manually before using the in-app deletion flow.
